Please review the following terms before completing a transaction.
All sales of services are final and there will be no refund or exchange permitted. Please be advised that you are responsible for the PAN Card, Recharge, etc. services and all charges that result from those purchases.
Ekendra Pan Services is not responsible for any purchase of PAN Card, Recharge, etc. services made using an incorrect account number or incorrect information provided by the user.
If a transaction has been completed by you and money has been charged to your card or bank account, but the service has not been delivered within 24 hours of completion of the transaction, you may inform us by contacting our support team.
In such a scenario, you may be entitled to a full refund after the transaction has been investigated and the applicable conditions have been satisfied.
Ekendra Pan Services shall investigate the incident after receiving the complaint. If it is found that money was charged to the user's card or bank account without delivery of the service, the applicable refund will be processed within 7 working days from receipt of the email/complaint.
Ekendra Pan Services is involved in multiple business sectors. A transaction that fails for a reason directly attributable to Ekendra Pan Services, and for which the user receives a corresponding confirmation from the associated payment gateway, may be refunded automatically to the user's account within 1 to 2 working days from the original transaction date.
A confirmation email may also be sent to the email address registered with us regarding the applicable transaction or refund status.
Please note that amounts pertaining to applicable taxes and payment gateway charges will not be refunded.
If the user receives successful payment completion confirmation but does not receive the service, the user is required to register a complaint with Ekendra Pan Services by contacting the Customer Care email ID provided on the website.
We will conduct a complete inquiry upon receiving a complaint. Any applicable refund will be provided to the user's account based on the results of the inquiry.
In all cases, the liability of Ekendra Pan Services is restricted only to providing a valid refund to the extent of the payment received by us. Ekendra Pan Services is not responsible for any consequential liability or claim that may be associated with failure of the services of our system.
Users acknowledge that the Ekendra Pan Services refund policy is subject to the stated terms and conditions of the user agreement applicable to the website.
New User Registration Fee and One-Time Activation Fee are non-refundable.
